KFC Enhances Barbadian Restaurant Experience with Free WiFi
KFC customers can now connect to free WiFi while they eat.
The free wireless service expected to “significantly enhance the restaurant experience for KFC customers” is already available in seven of the 13 KFC restaurants, and is slated for imminent installation in the other six.
Management of the leading restaurant franchise said the move was a logical addition to KFC’s customer friendly offerings, noting that as KFC continues its focus on the customer, patrons would see an improved restaurant experience along with a continued general enhancement of the restaurant’s image.
“We recognize that lifestyles are changing and people are using restaurants differently in these modern technologically advanced times,” said Ms. Lisa Davis, Marketing Executive for KFC.
“Our restaurants are no longer just places where persons can grab a quick and tasty meal, but people also come to meet, to connect and to relax and enjoy the atmosphere and ambience. Whether customers are eating alone or in groups of family or friends, we believe they will appreciate the opportunity to share an enjoyable meal, while also sharing and keeping in touch on their smart-phones, tablets, laptops etc. Now they don’t have to rush back home or to offices but can stay connected and enjoy their KFC,” Ms. Davis added.
The Marketing Executive said the procedure to access the wireless service was simple, noting customers just needed to click on the unsecured KFC wireless connection, register on the website and connect.
“We have gone the extra mile to ensure that customers can connect with relative ease while also benefitting from excellent high-speed bandwidth connections suitable for any kind of Internet application. We have tested the WiFi and results have been excellent. With KFC’s free WiFi customers can take their time enjoy their lunch or dinner and still be productive by staying connected with their online activity.”
KFC restaurant locations already WiFi ready included Holetown, Warrens, Trident House, Fairchild Street, Collymore Rock, Diamond Tower, and Black Rock.
