British Virgin Islands’ Miss Teen Diva Pageant Contestants Read to Preschoolers

Over this weekend, the Miss Teen Diva Pageant Contestants visited the Wendell Potter Learning Center to read to the preschool aged children.

The three contestants, Shaemore Smith, Deidre Samuel and Chelsea Hodge, read short but engaging stories including “Learning Love”, “I Tell the Truth” and “I Care for Others” to the youngsters.

The children were very receptive of the contestants’ visit and gave positive feedback to the stories.

The Miss Teen Diva Pageant Committee continues to encourage the contestants to be positive role models and future leaders.

The 2012 Miss Teen Diva Pageant is scheduled for Saturday, November 24, 2012 starting at 8:00PM at the East End/Long Look Community Center.
