Montserrat’s deputy commissioner of Police conducting Customer Service Survey

The Royal Montserrat Police Service (RMPS) has designed a survey to capture the views of the public about its customer service.

Deputy Commissioner of Police Bradley Siddell Siddell to the media last week, although the perception is that the public are dissatisfied with the police service, no hard data and facts on this are available. This first survey would be the “base line” and will be repeated again in six to nine months to assess if there have been improvements in the service and the perception of the force in the public.
