Entrepreneurs Anonymous (EA), while being a new television documentary styled drama series, has managed to attract the support and investment of some major companies. Included in this are McEnearney Quality Inc. (MQI) with BMW, the newly refurbished Island Inn Hotel, Mount Gay Distilleries Limited with their Chivas Regal brand as well as the official endorsement of the Ministry of Small Business.
While this is the beginning of an impressive list, there is still opportunity for key brands to attach themselves to this unique 13 part series that will be broadcast on CBC TV8, CaribVision and online.
When asked why such major companies would invest in a new project, Paul Clarke, responsible for the TV show explained. “One of the underlying core values of the EA is that we want to ensure that we give value and satisfaction to all parties that engage with us. Whether this is an advertising partner, featured entrepreneur or viewer, we want to make sure that the satisfaction level is high and that there is equity between the value they receive and the investment they make. That investment could be time, money, expertise or a barter of goods or services. We know that if this objective is achieved, then our job is done, and we will continue to get valuable support”.
- Become true partners
“Gone are the days when sponsors only required the placement of a logo on advertisements, mention in news releases or commercials in a television programme. The field has become very dynamic and producers and sponsors must become true partners if the relationship is to be beneficial to each. Creative Producers, like the Team at Flying Fish Studios, pay special attention to each sponsors’ corporate and marketing objectives and will go outside of the box in order to design a package that will be of true value to the potential advertising partner.”
“It’s not always a easy job as a lot of people talk about Entrepreneurship but very few actually assist,” said Clarke. “It’s tedious and time-consuming and at times you can get really disheartened, but then you get that one bright marketer who sees your vision and believes, and together you plot the course and you take the road together, when it all works out, it makes it all worth it.”
Entrepreneurs Anonymouscontinues to seek true partners who will help in developing the vision of presenting the stories of Entrepreneurs that are shaping our society. EA is looking for creative and innovative marketers who wish to associate with a television product that’s unique, with the potential to reach a large local, regional and international market, and one that will create significant value for its partners and viewers.
