Digicel Barbados recently teamed up with Cave Shepherd and Magna to enable the three organizations to bring even better value to their customers.

Some of the key initiatives last week were Double Magna points when purchasing a Digicel phone or credit in Cave Shepherd, the ability to use your Cave Shepherd card to make these purchases and the availability of heavily discounted mobile handsets from Digicel.

{FILE IMAGE MR O’BRIEN AT LEFT, POLO’S BATTLE OF SEXES 2010IN HOLDER’S} Digicel’s CEO Barry O’Brien said he was delighted with the increased collaboration with Cave Shepherd and Magna. He also mentioned that Digicel is soon to bring increased competition to the telecommunications markets having received a Full Domestic Services license from the Barbados Telecoms regulator. He also mentioned that Digicel plan to offer additional alternatives to the landline markets and that these landline services will also be sold from the forthcoming Cave Shepherd Digicel retail space.

The three organizations were quick to point out that this was not a one off. Digicel and Cave Shepherd plan to open in September a permanent Digicel retail presence on the ground floor in Cave Shepherd, Broad Street, where continuing better value will be available.

Along with these initiatives, Cave Shepherd card holders are now able to use their Cave Shepherd cards in all Digicel retail outlets. Customers will continue to get Magna points when making purchases or playing bills in Digicel or Cave Shepherd using their Cave Shepherd card or otherwise.
