In addition to her role over-seeing project management at the studio, Okada also serves as Casting Director, helping find and secure talent for hundreds of episodes, video game titles, and lots of other types of projects, including Resident Evil: Damnation, League Of Legends, Battleship, Little Big Planet: Karting and Madoka Magica.

She moved from Japan to the US when she was 19 years old to study Film/ Video production in Los Angeles, and has been working for Bang Zoom! Entertainment since 2002.
