CTO Chairman on APD: The British treasury has not been listening to us

CTO chairman, Hon. Ricky Skerritt told the media covering the Caribbean Tourism Summit & Outlook Seminar at Montego Bay, Jamaica how the British treasury has turned a deaf ear to the Caribbean concerning Air Passenger Duty.
