Barbados Police Alert: Missing Person, Animal Theft & Corey Morris’ court appearance

Missing Woman

The Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing woman. Missing is Rosalind CHASE, 40 years, of Block 10C Silver Hill Christ Church. She left home around 8.30 a.m. to visit the Queen Elizabeth Hospital and was reported to be missing since 6th June 2012. At the time she was wearing a pink dress with pink and white flowers, and black slippers.


Rosalind is about 5’ 5’’ in height, of medium build, and of dark complexion. She has an erect appearance, oval face, round eyes and high cheek bones. She walks with a slight lean to the left. Her hair is black and is braided into four plaits.

Anyone with information relative to the whereabouts of Rosalind Chase is asked to contact the Oistins Police Station at telephone numbers 418-2612, Police Emergency 211, or the nearest Police Station.


{FILE IMAGE - ST ANDREW: NOT SAME BOVINE} The Force continues to respond and investigate reports of theft of animals. As a result, two persons have been arrested and charged with the offence of theft. Separately, they stole two cows from Walkers, St. Andrew on June 8th, 2012.

The animals were recovered. The accused are:

Dave Nicholls 27 years of Valley Land, St. George. He was charged with one count of theft; and
Azaria Greaves, 23 years of Warrens Road, Belleplaine, St. Andrew.

They are expected to appear in the District A Magistrate Court today, June 16th 2012.


Corey Morris appeared at the District A Magistrate Court yesterday and was remanded until July 5th 2012, to reappear at the District B Magistrate Court regarding two of his charges.

He pleaded guilty to fifteen (15) of his other charges and was sentence to four (4) years on each count to run concurrently.

    Dean Pilgrim was actually 71 when he went missing not 81. He would be 72 years now.
