Santo Domingo Police have yet to report on the incident, but it is known that a five-year old boy fired the shot that killed Arsenio Diaz Rodriguez, 53, who had returned to the DR after being deported from the US where he had spent 10 years in jail for drug trafficking.

Listin Diario says that Diaz owned La Guira Restaurant and several other local businesses in San Francisco de Macoris.

As reported in El Dia, the Police are looking for a man identified as “Polo“, a fellow deportee from the US, who is said to have given the boy a gun to scare Diaz when he visited the boy’s parents’ home.
