Barbadian Spoken Word Poetry – IRON MIC! returns to Pirates Inn!

Next Saturday 10th March Iron Sharpen Iron and Mic Check brings back everyone’s favourite Saturday night Open Mic to the Pirates Inn, Hastings, Christ Church. More high quality performance experiences from the feature artists, more top notch talent in the open mic, more of the stimulating vibe that emulates from within the attractive atmosphere of Pirates Inn, and more… 🙂

Doors open at 6:30pm with showtime at 7:00 and make sure you get there early so you don't miss nothing! Admission for your favourite night is $15 with the satisfying kitchen of Pirates Inn and the fully stocked bar open all night.

This week we have an extra special guest that wunna ain’t want NOTHING wid! It brings me enormous pride to announce…that the poet with the most uniquely genuinely attractive relatable lyrical style I ever hear or see…de man that mashing up NIFCA Finals, awards ceremonies, Christmas parties, Holetown festival and all over Barbados nowadays…what I trying to tell you right, is that Mark Grandison aka BUSTA coming to ignite IRON MIC! with a full featured set! If you never hear this man yet, you gotta be dey and if you have already experienced the brilliance of Busta, I dun know you coming already…
