{FILE IMAGE} Sir Richard in cream shirt, seated between the scarlet shirted Dr Ralph Gonsalves, PM of St Vincent at right and the bespectacled George Lamming to Sir Richard's left... Many will recall how "Johnny" as the then Tourism Minister was called, had titanic battles in Barbados' Parliament to get roads fixed in St Joseph - once he set aside elective Politics he turned to Law and has dealt with many prominent regional cases in Trinidad, Antigua & Nevis

The Main Event will be when Owen S. Arthur, Leader of Her majesty’s Loyal Opposition for Barbados will address the Auditorium; also present is former St Joseph MP and ex-Tourism Minister – Sir Richard “Johnny” Cheltenham, known for his desire to refurbish roads for the East Coast parish while under his stewardship.

Other contributors for the evening’s proceedings include candidate for St James SouthMrs Sandra Husbands; the candidate for St James Central – Senator Kerrie Symmonds; in addition to ex-Health Minister & BLP Chairman, Jerome “Incoming” Walcott
