Lucky TeleBarbados Customers Happy With Free Service

2012 has certainly started out quite well for four elated TeleBarbados customers who have been granted free service for the entire year thanks to a Christmas promotion run by the comprehensive Telecommunications service provider.

Each week during the month of December, 2011, TeleBarbados randomly selected one of its existing internet customers to be the lucky recipient of a year’s worth of free service, in an effort to give back to those who have made the company the success it has been since its establishment in 2005.

Joseph Herdé, Vice President Sales & Marketing with TeleBarbados, said over the year TeleBarbados has developed a long-lasting relationship with its customer base, many of whom have spread the word about the company’s reliable service, this resulting in increased business for them:

We wanted to show our appreciation to these individuals, as well as reward those who have recently signed up with us. We decided to do this by essentially paying them back for what they have given us over the years and we certainly look forward to serving them for many years to come.”

Having enjoyed two free months of service thus far, Henderson Williams, one of the lucky four said although a relatively new customer, he has been overwhelmed thus far by the level of service:

I had been experiencing considerable problems with my previous service and decided in October last year to switch to TeleBarbados. This was the best decision I could have made as the service is 100 times better than what I was getting before, not to mention I certainly signed up at the right time to benefit from this amazing prize.”

Nikita Straker, who has been a TeleBarbados customer for a few years, praised the company’s very high level of customer service:

I first signed up with TeleBarbados when I was enrolled in university because I needed a reliable internet connection to facilitate my online research. Since then I have utilised the service heavily for both research and entertainment purposes and have experienced very fast and effective customer service whenever I’ve encountered any problems, which have been few and far between.”
