The opportunity presented itself when the French promoter heard Claudia’s music on the airwaves in Martinique and made every effort to track down the vocalist. The song “Tonite”, released last year off the album Mic Check , has received rave reviews and airplay in the French territory, and has captured the hearts of music lovers on the island . The song was written by Derek Yard of St. Lucia, and features Dominican vocalist Michele Henderson, who was one of the four female performers at the event. Other acts at the Caribbean Queens Tour included Queen Omega of Trinidad and Tobago and Perle Lemar of Martinique.

With the look of total contentment, Claudia says: “The show was a great experience and I feel fortunate that I got an opportunity to share the stage with such amazing talent. I am already making plans to return to Martinique as many promoters are now interested in future performances. I look forward to getting back on stage on the island, as the response to my music there was overwhelming.”

Meanwhile, Claudia urges everyone to keep supporting her and placing their vote for her video on to place her among the top 3 videos as she battles with other international artists

Claudia expressed her love for her family, management and booking team, loyal friends and her facebook and twitter supporters. “I just want my music to be heard and loved. Being on stage brings a level of satisfaction that is sometimes impossible to explain. It makes all the hard work and sacrifice seem all worthwhile.” Says the St. Lucian musician.
