Twice as Nice: Banks Breweries Invites Every Barbadian To Celebrate With A Friend

Following their highly successful and widely talked about back in time 50 cent Banks Beer promotion on September 6, 2011, Banks (Barbados) Breweries Limited is once again inviting Barbadians to say “Cheers to 50 Years!” of brewing success with an exciting 2 for 1 offer.

Starting Tuesday 8 November 2011, Banks Beer lovers can look out for 2 for 1 vouchers in the local press, entitling them to purchase 2 ice-cold Banks Beers for the price of 1 at participating retailers across the island.

The September 6, 2011 50 cent Banks Beer promotion was a huge hit among customers and it is expected the 2 for 1 special would be just as popular.

Valid until December 8, 2011 the vouchers will appear in the press on November 8, 10, 15, 17, 24, 29 and December 8, 2011, giving all Banks Beer drinkers over the age of 18 years an opportunity to share this world class lager with a friend, or simply enjoy 2 for the price of 1.

Christian Gibbs, Brand Manager for Banks Beer, said the promotion was developed in response to the public’s call for more, following the 50 cent anniversary special:

With such an overwhelming response to the back in time 50 cent promotion we knew we had to come up with another special to satisfy our loyal drinkers and continue to involve them in the year long celebration of our 50th anniversary. We look forward to thousands of Barbadians coming out to bars across the island to enjoy Barbados’ Beer just as they did on September 6, 2011, in addition to their support of future promotions as we continue to celebrate this great milestone.”

This is but one of the many promotions being rolled by the Brewery for the remainder of the year and into next year celebrating the birth and growth of Barbados’ beloved beer, its involvement within the community, its exploits abroad, and its place as one of this island’s most iconic brands.

Join Banks in celebrating their 50th anniversary, as they reflect on their past and prepare for an even brighter future.
