I-Octane performs in Barbados for the first time this weekend
Noted reggae entertainer I-Octane will be performing in Barbados for the first time at the Midway House Car Park on Oct. 29th.
The artist is really pleased with this opportunity, he feels that he is finally getting the opportunity to showcase his music and electrifying performance outside of his home of Jamaica. “I am really looking forward to winning over new fans and giving my fans an electrifying and energetic performance” states I-Octane.
I-Octane continues to blaze the fire with the release of his new single “Burn dem Bridge” produced by Stephen ‘Di Genius’ McGregor of Big Ship. In this song, I-Octane expresses how people forget the things you have done for them and turn against you, essentially, burning their bridges.
I-Octane states “this song is not to point fingers but to serve as a warning to be cautious of those who may be using you for their own advantage“.
“Burn dem Bridge” is the first single off his soon to be released EP “Straight From the Heart” and an iconic video for the song will be shot by acclaimed director Michael Cushnie. The EP also boasts other notable songs including the hit Example for the Poor produced by Garry G from Uniiqe Impact Productions and Dev Kutta of Livity Movements.
After the success of the mixtape “Focus“, a steady buzz is already building around “Straight From the Heart” as I-Octane fans have been waiting anxiously for a legitimate album from their artiste. They will not be disappointed as the EP is set to be released on December 6 with an exclusive launch party in New York.
