Labour Minister of Barbados evades query against Constituency Council via Wastage

Dr Byer-Suckoo’s topic looked at “The Social Protection Floor: Is Government Doing Enough to Help in the Recession?” In this video the situation of Gov’t wastage was tackled yet when the Constituency Council which has done precious little was broached, the reply is essentially to give them a chance as it’s only one year…
