Delta launches Wet and Wild Summer Promotion: Featuring world’s largest waterslide
Already carving a name and image as a good corporate citizen genuinely committed to youth and community enhancement, Delta Petroleum has gone a notch higher when they launched the Wet and Wild Summer Promotion.
The promotion which has already begun creating excitement among the children is geared towards enhancing the summer vacations of children whether they are living or visiting the BVI. Regional General Manager (RGM), Bevis Sylvester in announced the summer promotion which would be the first of its kind being staged in Tortola.
He said that recognising the economic and other social challenges being faced, Delta Petroleum sought to create a promotion which allows children especially to benefit. “We at Delta Petroleum is very cognisant about the difficult period that we are living in and thought it best to ensure that our promotions are geared at achieving three primary objectives,” he said.
He pointed out that providing customers’ value for their money, increasing sale and revue income and ensuring that opportunities are created for customers were their primary focus. This, the RGM said would certainly assist in boosting sales which he admitted had fallen due to the world’s financial situation.
”The reality is that people are no longer spending as they did some years ago as money are indeed a scarce commodity. It is with this in mind that we sought to ensure that our promotions can bring rewards to the children as they are the ones who can either benefit or suffer during these times,” he said.
He noted that the four day event would be held over a two week period with the dates being August 6th, 7th, 20th and 21st.
