The Barbados Water Authority informs its valued customers that the office at Coles Building, Probyn Street, Bridgetown remains closed to business.

As an alternative, however, the Authority has established a Customer Service Centre at Building # 3 of the Manor Lodge Complex at Green Hill, St. Michael. You may visit this new location between 8:30 a.m and 3:30 p.m Monday to Friday to make payments or reconnect services. Bills may be queried until 4:30 p.m.

The BWA apologises for any inconvenience this relocation may cause.

Customers are reminded that water bills can also be paid at;-

• All branches of the Barbados National Bank (BNB);
• All Post Offices;
• The Barbados Public Workers Credit Union Ltd., Belmont Road or Broad Street and
• All SUREPAY outlets

• or online via

• Royal Bank of Canada;
• the Bank of Nova Scotia and
• First Caribbean International Bank.
