Ex-WI Cricket Captain calls it a day with Jamaica’s Cricket Association: JCA now needs Technical Director

"Adams, who worked with the JCA since December 2008, indicated his intentions not to renew his contract to the organisation in January 2011."

Former West Indies Captain Jimmy Adams has opted not to renew his contract as Technical Director with the Jamaica Cricket Association (JCA) which expired at the end of March 2011.

Adams, who has worked with the JCA since December 2008, had indicated his intentions not to renew his contract to the organisation in January 2011.

It has been my pleasure to work with the JCA for the past 2 ½ years, and contribute to the growth and development of Jamaica cricket,” said Adams. “I leave my post with wonderful memories, confident that cricket in Jamaica will continue to thrive and make its indelible mark on both the regional and international stage.”
