Digicel Barbados’ “Vintage Reggae”: Biggie Irie from Barbados

How often can people keep waking up with Boris Gardiner or jamming to Freddie MacGregor? The reason “Vintage Reggae” has an appeal is these are songs you have not heard in a while, but if you know you will hear them year after year at this point – then won’t they lose their nostalgic lustre? Granted in Oistins and St Lawrence there are folks who play old songs over and over again ad nauseam, which is probably why I space out my visits?
