Canadian Trade Mission from Prince Edward Island, Canada to visit Barbados April 11-15, 2011
Barbadian businesses will have an opportunity to meet and network with 12 export focussed Canadian companies from Prince Edward Island, Canada, during the week of April 11-15, 2011. This Canadian Trade Mission, organized by Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency, Prince Edward Island, Innovation PEI and the Canadian High Commission , consists of companies with expertise in the areas of Information and Communication Technology, Bioscience, Agriculture, Food, Professional Services and Education.
“The mission is evidence of the continued high level of interest and confidence that Canadian companies have in Barbados.” says Neil Clegg, Counsellor Commercial and Senior Trade Commissioner at the Canadian High Commission in Barbados. “This MOU between the Barbados Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Greater Charlottetown Area Chamber of Commerce confirms the commitment of Barbadian and Canadian business to work together for mutual benefits.”
One on one meetings with the mission participants are being organized with interested Barbadian companies, investors and entrepreneurs.
