Those with rare groups may register and donate when actually needed. Those with common groups can donate at least once in 6 months. Even once a year is a good donation to the society.The life saved may be that of your own family, friend and some times you may need it yourself.Sir Frank Worrell day is the day when people in Calcutta donate blood in his name.

Can we expect at least 100 youngsters to donate this year? UWI students are the ideal donors. Men prefered as women tend to lose blood monthly.
