RE: WANTED 19 YEAR OLD FROM REGENT HILL
The Royal Barbados Police Force is seeking the assistance of the public in locating a man wanted for questioning in connection with a number of serious criminal matters.
He is Aaron Idamar ROBERTS, 19 years old, of #28 Regent Hill, Pinelands, St. Michael. The subject is about 5′ 7” tall, slim built ,dark complexion, large head, flat forehead, broad nose, big mouth, thick lips, and has a number of tattoos on lower arms.
Roberts is advised that he can present himself to the Police accompanied by an attorney-at-law of his choice or a family member. The subject is considered armed and dangerous and the public is advised against approaching him.
Any person who may know of the whereabouts of Aaron Roberts is asked to call Police Emergency # 211 or the nearest police station.
RE: WANTED 45 YEAR OLD MAN OF EDEN LODGE
The Royal Barbados Police Force is seeking the assistance of the public in locating a wanted man. He is:
Derick David Rudolph Crawford, 45 years of # 12 Lakes Close, Eden Lodge, St. Michael. He is approximately 5’ 8” tall, stout built, black complexion, bulbous nose with small flat ears, small lips and wide set eyes.
Crawford is advised that he can present himself to the Police accompanied by an attorney-at-law of his choice or a family member. Crawford should be considered armed and dangerous.
Any person who may know of the whereabouts of Derick Crawford is asked to contact the Criminal Investigations Department at telephone number 430-7189, use the Police Emergency # 211 or dial your nearest police station.
Update re – Investigations into 3 recent Unnatural Deaths
- Shooting death at Silver Hill, Christ Church
A man is currently assisting with investigations into the shooting death of Sheldon O’brian Taylor, 28 yrs, of Lodge Road, Christ Church which occurred about 9:30 pm on Wednesday, 22nd December 2010 at Silver Hill, Christ Church. Taylor succumbed to his injuries at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on the morning of Thursday, 23rd December 2010.
- Stabbing incidents at Halls Road, St. Michael
On Wednesday 22nd December 2010, an altercation between three men at Halls Road, St. Michael, resulted in the deaths of Roderick R. Jones of Redman Village, St. Thomas and Christopher J. Charles. The third man was developed as a person of interest and was taken into custody.
In the given circumstances from the investigation and legal advice, no criminal charges will be preferred against that man.
ACCIDENT VICTIM IDENTIFIED
The man who died at the QEH after being involved in an accident with a truck has been identified as Hallam William King, 40 years, of Bartlett Tenantry, Christ Church. This accident occurred on Friday 24th December, 2010 about 4.00 pm at Forde’s Road, Clapham, St. Michael.

MAN CHARGED FOR MURDER
Detectives in the Southern Division have arrested and charged Miguel Brandon Taitt, 17 years, of Kendall Hill Park, Christ Church, for the murder of Sheldon Taylor, which occurred on the 23rd December 2010, at Silver Hill, Christ Church.
Taitt is also facing two other charges which were committed in the same area around the same time:
1. Recklessly discharged a firearm in public;
2. Used a firearm without a licence.
The subject is expected to appear at the District A magistrate Court today Tuesday.
