Director of “Watchmen” & “300” selected for next SUPERMAN MOVIE: Zack Snyder recommended by “Batman Begins” Christopher Nolan

Snyder is no stranger to comic book adaptations: he’s crafted Frank Miller’s 300 in 2007 which met rave reviews, and the 2009 adaptation of cult classic DC miniseries Watchmen.

"Watchmen" director Zack Snyder has been chosen to bring Superman back to the big screen.

Snyder’s animated fantasy Legend of the Guardians: The Owls of Ga’Hoole is now in theaters, with spring 2011’s Sucker Punch his next project scheduled for release.
