Richard Hill, better know as “Joli” {PRONOUNCED JOLLY}, was seriously injured as a result of a devastating fire at Pavilion Court on the night of Tuesday 03rd August 2010. His current condition is critical and he has to undergo surgery tomorrow, Saturday 07 August.
