Focussed: Banks Holdings & LIME stay the course with Barbados’ Calypso Monarchy contests – Pic’ O’De Crop Semi-Finals & Finals

If you’re familiar with science fiction, and even more so Star Trek, then the once bad-guys and now bad-asses, the Klingons had an axiom of “Focus on but one target (wa’ DoSneHyIbuS)” and that’s just what nine calypsonians will do on July 30, deliver 2 songs focussing on one target of victory – the near 70-thousand dollars’ worth of pimped out Ford Focus as part of the prize for being Barbados’ Calypso Monarch of 2010.

Freekz Customz tricked up the vehicle which was just unleashed for everyone to understand what was at stake. Semi-Finals are this Friday, weather willing (1982 was a rained out finals in Barbados which never happened, plus St Kitts and Dominican Republic are currently under Red Alerts because of the same 3 Tropical Waves converging over the region now), while the big kahuna – Pic’ O’De Crop finals – are slated for July 30.
