Dear Visual Artist,

You are invited to a meeting to discuss the planned Crop Over Visual Arts Festival 2010 which is an innovation on the Crop Over calendar designed to further highlight Barbadian Fine Art and Craft within the season. The meeting will be held on Friday, April 30th, 5.30-7.30 pm at the Queen’s Park Gallery, and will have the following agenda:

  • Welcome and Opening Remarks
  • Overview of Plans for Visual Arts Festival
  • Discussion of format
  • Q & A
  • Recommendations
  • Any other business
