Seriously, this powerhouse is either loved or hated – he takes no prisoners in his talks and in his interactions with people from all walks of life.

The media expert was recently here in Barbados for the National Initiative on Service Excellence’s 3rd Service Leadership Conference at the Hilton, Needham’s Point. It can easily be understood if he was nicknamed “El Excelente: The Demanding One” since if you drop a cup, choopse or wring up your face while dealing with his table then it can really cost you (some view his attitude as bullying and overbearing; but then you did not go to a restaurant to be treated rudely, unless you went to Franceso they claim) {CLICK FOLLOWING LINK FOR AUDIO CLIP};-


What was even more intriguing is that the social media maven’s comments can advantage Barbados better than an increase of advertising on USA markets. In fact, Mr Martin noticed that Jamaica, Bermuda, Bahamas and to a certain degree St Lucia all look to advertise on American Networks, especially in the black demographics yet Barbados has been rather lacking in this department which he himself has sought to offset {CLICK FOLLOWING LINK FOR AUDIO CLIP};-
