C.O. Williams Construction Update – St. Stephen’s Hill junction at Hinds Hill & Rock Dundo on the Cave Hill Road

"There will be no traffic from Whitehall to the junction with St. Stephen's Hill"

Kindly note that tomorrow Saturday 20 March 2010 paving will be done on the section which was worked on this week and therefore tomorrow Saturday traffic going north from Rock Dundo or St. Stephens will continue to be diverted through Well Gap and Lodge Hill and left at West Road to the ABC Highway back to the lights at Hinds Hill. Traffic going south from the lights at Hinds Hill will turn left through 1st Avenue Hinds Hill and forward to the Montgomery Pasture, over the construction site and onwards to St. Stephens or Rock Dundo.

The C.O. Williams Construction Team advises you that road works will also be carried out from Monday on the last leg of the section of road between the St. Stephen’s Hill junction at Hinds Hill and Rock Dundo on the Cave Hill Road. This work is being done as usual during the day 8.30 a.m. and 6.00 p.m. Mondays thru Fridays.

On Monday traffic going north from Whitehall will have to divert through Rock Dundo Park and turn right on Well Gap towards Lodge Hill and left at West Road to the ABC Highway and back to the lights at Hinds Hill. Traffic going south from the lights at Hinds Hill will turn right ONLY to St. Stephens Hill.

Since this is a very congested area it is highly recommended that you avoid the area entirely unless you live there. You will need to exercise a great measure of caution at all times.

Do remember the switch on Monday when the last section of the contract will be commenced and there will be no traffic from Whitehall to the junction with St. Stephen’s Hill.

The C. O. Williams Construction teams wish you safe driving this week and beyond and thank you for your understanding, cooperation and kind consideration as they move the earth to please.
