Harrison Ford; popular US actor known for his roles of Han Solo in classic “Star Wars” and Adventurer/Architect Indiana Jones arrived in the Dominican Republic over the weekend, and Angelina Jolie, known as videogame heroine Lara Croft: Tomb Raider is expected on Hispaniola by early Tuesday.

They are in Santo Domingo en route to Haiti, where they plan to help in the relief efforts in Port-Au-Prince.

Ford arrived piloting a private plane and landed at Santo Domingo’s Las Americas International Airport. He traveled to Haiti with medical support personnel.

Diario Libre reported that Will Smith (Late of TV-Series “Fresh Prince” and Box Office smash in dramatic and fantasy roles) was also expected to fly into Santo Domingo with aid for Haiti.
