In what appeared like an all out strategic tour for something BIG, the NCF brass joined with support services to descend on the East Coast earlier this week, to lay out plans for the Errol Barrow Day celebrations.
The Thursday, January 21 event is being spearheaded by Families First in conjunction with the Min. of Community Development and Culture and is slated to begin from 11.00 a.m – 9.00 p.m.
It is anticipated to be an exhilarating day of performances featuring top bands Krosfyah, Antigua’s Red Hot Flames and Mingles Sound Machine from Guyana.
Cultural presentations, a children’s play area and stalls of all types will add to the fair.
Regional government representatives from Dominica, Grenada and St. Vincent and the Grenadines are expected for the celebrations.
NCF expertise will play a major role in coordinating the activities for the celebrations.
