Lifestyle Etiquette 101 is a one-day interactive workshop featuring four seminars specifically created to provide expert advice on achieving social and professional success. Attendees can expect to a wealth of information and knowledge that can be applied in their daily life. Billed as The Complete Guide to a Healthy, Stylish, Fulfilled Life, this workshop features many tips and techniques that will help the attendees to boost workplace morale and improve their protocol skills.

The goal of Lifestyle Etiquette 101 is to develop and empower teens and adults including professionals to be successful in the Virgin Islands by building self esteem and confidence, and providing image transformation and grooming techniques for business and social success. It will be held on Saturday, May 16, 2009 at Maria?s By The Sea in the BVI.

The four amazing seminars are:

  • Living The Social Graces ? Harriette Cole

With a thriving career as a fashion, style and etiquette expert Harriette Cole is a regular guest on Oprah and The Today Show. She is dedicated to helping women cultivate timeless style and impeccable manners that can be utilized in any casual, professional or social setting. This seminar will offer tips on appropriate behavior and personal style for all occasions ? from the professional interview and workwear to formal dinner attire. Attendees will also learn techniques in deciphering current trends, colors, shapes, and fit for all body types.

  • Self Empowerment – Mind, Body and Spiritual Renewal ? Jamel Davenport

Lifestyle Coach, Jamel Davenport conducts this faith-based seminar designed to maximize mental awareness, physical energy and improve over-all self-image. The program highlights the steps to incorporating healthy choices into existing lifestyles, emphasizing the positive benefits to the mind, body and soul while retaining a sense of individuality.

  • Make-up Magic – Ashunta Sheriff

Ashunta Sheriff?s seminar aims to enhance beauty and instill confidence in all those who approach a mascara wand, liquid eyeliner or that certain shade of red lipstick with a sense of caution. Skincare for men will also be a topic that will be discussed. Sheriff will also conduct live make-overs and demonstrate make-up application techniques. She will also provide tips on selecting the correct beauty tools, the best skincare products, foundation, eye, and cheek and lip colors for any skin type as well as offer advice on breaking into the make-up industry.

  • Hair Raising – Rochelle Walters

New York City salon owner and hair stylist, Rochelle Walters knows that a healthy head of hair takes more than a weekly visit to the salon. She divides her time between training young stylists in the latest products and hair care techniques and taking care of her celebrity clients. Her guide to everyday ?hair do?s and hair don?ts? is a must as she provides tips to make everyday a good hair day, effective home hair care, choosing the best haircut for every face, and choosing products for specific hair types.

Entrance to Lifestyle Etiquette 101 is:

? $85 for adults (18 years and older)

? $65 for college students with a valid ID

? $45 for teens (13 ? 17 years old)

? $70 for government employees

? $300 for a group of four adults from one company

? $575 for a group of eight adults from one company
