Following the West Indies? win over England in the 2nd Digicel ODI in Providence, Guyana, and the leveling of the Digicel series to 1-1, Digicel is encouraging West Indian cricket fans across the region to vote for their Digicel Man of the Series. Two lucky customers will be randomly selected to each win the latest addition to the all star BlackBerry line up the BlackBerry 8900 – and a Digicel cricket hamper containing a selection of Digicel goodies.

By simply texting the surname of the West Indian or English cricketer you are nominating to a shortcode, each submission will be entered into a draw which takes place on April 3rd to determine which two lucky winners will win these exciting prizes courtesy of Digicel. The shortcode relevant to the country you reside in can be found on

Digicel Head of Sponsorship, Kieran Foley, said of the competition: ?It has been a fantastic Digicel Series so far, with some exciting cricket being played by both teams. The Digicel Man of the Series gives cricket fans across the region a great opportunity to voice their opinions on who should be named the Digicel Man of the Series for the Digicel ODI’s ? and, given the team?s current winning form, it is sure to be a closely fought competition.?

The Digicel Man of the Series is one of many fun and interactive competitions designed by Digicel to bring cricket fans closer to the sport and to encourage as many people as possible to turn out and support the West Indies in the remaining Digicel ODI’s taking place in Barbados and St. Lucia.
