Prickly Bay Waterside Welcomes its “First Owner to Home”
Prickly Bay Waterside with its recent Grand Launch of phase one is now welcoming its first owner to his home. Mr. Nick Kingsman has moved into his brand new luxurious five bedroom lawn home in February 2009.Mr. Nick Kingsman currently lives in Canterbury, England. He is married with three children and is the owner of a well established and successful building maintenance and joinery manufacturing business.Mr. Kingsman first discovered the Prickly Bay Waterside development on the internet and then decided to visit Grenada thereafter in April of 2007. When he first came to Grenada, he visited the project during its initial development stage and was immediately convinced that Prickly Bay Waterside in Grenada was where he wanted to invest in a vacation home to possibly later become his retirement home.He was one of the honorary guests at the launch of phase on February 20th 2009, which happened to be his 10th visit to Grenada. He commented that he has made and developed some great friendships in Grenada and plans to be here as much as possible vacationing. Once his three children are finished with school in England, Mr. Kingsman expects to retire in Grenada with his family.
Mr. Kingsman is the proud owner of the ever spacious lawn home commanding 5,600 square feet of living space with five bedrooms, seven bathrooms.
