CO Williams traffic warnings – Boarded Hall, Lower Greys & Clyde Walcott Roundabout, good luck!
The C.O. Williams Construction Team has had to halt the rehabilitation road work at Wellhouse, St. Philip as the Barbados Water Authority installs temporary water supply mains in their preparation to install new ones under the rebuilt roadway.
In the next few days while this is happening traffic will flow normally but when excavation work is resumed it will be necessary for all commuters to observe the diversions AGAIN at Wellhouse to avoid the work area; another Williams team has recommenced paving Highway 5 between Boarded Hall and the Y junction at Lower Greys and detours will be in place at these two points.
The Williams Construction Team gives advance notice that the Clyde Walcott roundabout will be closed this Friday night from 9.00 p.m. to 6 the next morning for the final paving.
As a result, traffic will not be permitted entry onto the ABC Highway from Warrens, Kelsi’s, Norman Niles, the Belle or Waterford bottom.
The Williams team apologises for the inconvenience and thanks you for your understanding, co-operation and kind consideration as they move the earth to please.
