What is Melamine and why should Barbados be wary of it? It’s plastic dinnerware, not food!
For weeks, Free Press has been looking at how Melamine has killed animals and infants in China and other parts of the world… There were even concerns that ice cream here could have been tainted that way, but this was denied – not necessarily in a satisfactory manner but refuted nonetheless…
It was considered surprising by many that the MOH did not step in and investigate or declare what products may or may not have Melamine. I just received some details on the topic and what I am repeating does not mean I endorse a ban, if you choose to change your dietary lifestyles temporarily because of what you learn is your own decision – this info is here for display purposes only, not a means of advocacy against any merchant, business or company!
