Summer Job Opportunity In Barbados: Camp Facilitator
This is a call for applications from young persons (between 17-35 years old) who would be interested in working as a Camp Facilitator from July 14 – August 8 from 9am to 1pm. Applicants should be interested in business (starting, owning, running a small business), innovative and enthusiastic and be willing to share this with young participants at the camp which is entrepreneurial and business oriented.
Criteria: Outgoing persons who take initiative and can manage a small team of 6 students to facilitate them in the process of starting a business. The persons should have some knowledge of business. For example: UWI Business students or someone who has worked in a business
Persons will report to a Camp Director. Persons must enjoy working with pre-teens and teenagers. Must be creative to help children understand the business concepts. Must take initiative to help children prepare for the start up of their businesses which will happen at the end of the camp. Definitely proactive people needed!
Training will be provided for the successful applicants and rates of pay will be extremely competitive for the 20-hour weeks required over the 6 week period.
