Aerial Trek and De Heart uh Barbados – June 20-22, 2008
?De Heart uh Barbados? ? (DHUB) is an annual event that celebrates community and nature within the Integrated Nature Tourism Area (INTA) of Barbados. DHUB was inspired in 1999 by the Environmental Special Projects Unit of the Government of Barbados — which is now The Natural Heritage Department — with a view to involving communities in St. Thomas and St. Joseph in sustainable tourism for INTA. Over the last ten years, DHUB has become synonymous with fun events and family visits to national attractions in the heart of St. Thomas during mid-June. This year, DHUB will be launched on the evening of Friday June 20th (by invitation only) and opened to the public on Saturday and Sunday June 21st and 22nd, 2008.

There will be a 10K Run and 5K Walk on Saturday morning ? beginning and ending at the Natural Heritage Department to kick-off the weekend in style.
