The second gasp came from the audience as news of a new host was announced with as a picture of the new host, Miss Jamaica World 2007, Yendi Phillips, popped up on the wall. Digicel Marketing Manager, Yvonne Wilks, congratulated Yendi on being successful in the auditions and notes that her fresh young spirit will be one of the driving forces behind youth voting.
