From March 31of this year, all mail delivered to post offices here must bear a return address legibly printed on the back or front left corner of the envelope.

This advice has come from the Barbados Postal Service (BPS) which has pointed out this would enable mail to be returned to the sender if the recipient cannot be identified, or has changed address without advising the post office.

The BPS has also recommended that customers use registered mail envelopes, when sending important mail either locally or overseas.
