Bare fogging will continue next week as the focus turns to St. John, St. George, Christ Church and St. Michael.

When the foggers continue Monday, November 12, a number of districts in St. John will get thoroughly fogged. They are Golden Ridge, Ashbury, Lemon Arbor, Venture, Four Roads, Knights Village, Pool Land, Cherry Grove, Spooners, Henley Land and surrounding areas.

On Tuesday, November 13, over St. George and bare fogging at Applewhaite Tenantry, Paradise, Jericho, Groves Development, Groves Tenantry, Bridgecot, Cottage Development, Newbury Development and its surroundings.

These are: South District, Watts Village, Hanson Hill, Mapp Hill, Lower Burney, Mount Friendship, St. Barnabas, Upton, Kent, Fort George Heights, South Ridge and its surroundings.

All that serious fogging climaxes on Friday, November 16, in St. Michael. Fogging starts each day at 4:30 p.m. and runs until 7:30 p.m. Householders are asked to assist by opening windows and doors to allow the fog to enter.

Persons with respiratory problems should protect themselves from inhaling the fog while pedestrians and motorists must proceed with caution when encountering fogging operations on the street.

Parents are instructed to prohibit children from fogging around in the cloud or running behind that fogging machine.

Don’t forget, if there are any members of the public who keep trying to throw stones at personnel carrying out the fogging exercise as this is punishable by law – you could say if caught, you WILL get very FOGGED up; as in JAIL (where you will learn to be scared of dropping soap at Dodds).
