Los Angeles County Court gave the singer permission to spend some days of the current season (including Christmas) with her kids.

It’s been a little legal battle between Britney and his ex-husband, Kevin Federline, but at the end their attorneys decided to work together to make a good schedule work for both sides.

So Kevin will have the two sons for Thanksgiving while Britney Spears will have them the day before turkey day.

The Los Angeles Court wanted to specify discussion about the holiday period and the agreement on the visitation over this period is different from the existing custody schedule. Indeed Britney Spears can currently see her kids twice a week with one overnight stay, while those visits are also monitored.

However everybody agrees with M. V. Kaplan, Kevin Federline‘s attorney, who said “It’s important for the kids to spend time with each of the parents, particularly on special days“.
