Importing Cocaine Sydney

On Friday 12th September 2014 a joint operation at the Airport involving the Police and Customs led to the arrest of Trinidadian national Marlon Leonard Waldron 36 years. He was charged by Police with the following offences:

Possession
Possession with intent to supply
Trafficking; and
Importation of ½ kg of cocaine.

Marlon Waldron arrived by air from Trinidad on Friday 12th September 2014 about 1:00 pm in transit to the UK. When he was preparing to depart a search by Customs revealed 3 packages containing cocaine, hidden in a false bottom of his suitcase. Total weight ½ kg.

Waldron is expected to appear at the District A Magistrates Court on Saturday 13th September 2014.
