It Pays to Go Green with FLOW: Less paper means more charities to benefit

Columbus Telecommunication Barbados Ltd just announced their launch of its paperless billing service via its new electronic billing (E-Billing) feature, that will offer customers not only an alternative, convenient and secure way to view and pay their bills, but also the opportunity to go green and help persons less fortunate.

With the convenience of E-Billing and online payment, receiving and paying your bill can take less than two minutes. Plus issuing bills electronically will also save paper and help to reduce printing and postage costs, meaning it's much better for the environment."

“This is not the only thing that choosing the e-billing option will change,” added Sheehy. “For every customer who opts not to receive their bill via post, FLOW will donate the collective amount to a charity or cause every quarter. Giving back to the community in a way that can help uplift someone’s spirits and/or situation. This is Columbus’ social commitment to Barbados so that we live true to our mission statement “Don’t Predict the Future Enable It“.

In addition to the new E-billing feature, customers will also have access to two additional features. The first being the My Account Web Portal, where by customers can also pay their bills online and manage their accounts, this feature also keeps customers updated on current FLOW promotions. The second feature is the Bill View feature, where Flow Video customers will be able to view their bill balances via their television using their Set Top boxes using their own password.

Plus, Flow customers will soon have another paperless way to access their bill via our Automated Telephone Bill balance feature that will allow customers to call in to receive an automated read out of their current bill balance from any location using any type of phone.
