Court documents show that Joseph worked at the complainant’s home “off and on” and on the day in question, went there and requested a job from his sister.

The woman told Joseph was that there were no jobs available at the moment and that she was about to leave home for Roseau.

She offered him a ride and even gave him $25 when she dropped him off at near Auto Trade, where he said he was going to get the price of an item.

Later that day, Joseph went back to the Chinese national’s home, unaware that the complainant was in the house.

Joseph was asked to leave but instead made his way to the room of the complainant’s sister.

When confronted he attacked the complainant, bit him in the face and made good his escape.

The matter was reported to the Roseau Police Station and about 3:00 am, he was located at his home in Massacre by the police. {DATA COURTESY: dominicanewsonline.com FOR THE REST OF THIS STORY, PLEASE CLICK here}
