ACCIDENT WITH INJURIES IN ROWANS, ST GEORGE: MULTI-CASUALTY

An accident with injuries occurred about 5:50 am on Wednesday June 18th, 2014 on Rowans Road, St. George, involving an omnibus owned by the Transport Board and driven by Mr. R Headley. The omnibus at the time was travelling along the mentioned road the driver lost control and struck a guard wall.

13 passengers complained of injuries; 3 of those passengers were assessed as being serious and were transported to the QEH by ambulances.  The remaining passengers were transported to the Glebe Polyclinic for further medical attention.
