Kiwanis’ Silver Dollars Event – May 3, Heroes Square: 9 am to 5 pm

In the Prime Minister’s absence, Senator Dr. Esther Byer-Suckoo has consented to be the Patron for the event and she will give the feature speech.

Over the years, the event has realized Bds $600,000.00 for children in the eight participating charities, namely; the Barbados Council for the Disabled, the Barbados Cancer Society, the Learning Centre, the Heart and Stroke Foundation, the Barbados Centre for Dyslexia, the Hope Foundation, the Asthma Association of Barbados and the Special Olympics of Barbados.

This is the ninth year of the event and a higher level of participation is anticipated.
