MAN CHARGED UNDER THE NEW PRECIOUS METALS & SECOND HAND METALS ACT
On Tuesday March 19, 2013, Police arrested and charged Hazel Augustine Butcher 62 years of Westmoreland, St. James, a Business Owner for the offence of engaging in business transactions as a precious metal dealer without a license sometime between February 15 and March 11, 2013.
{IMAGE VIA – iriedaleinc.com} A search warrant was executed at his place of business (Butcher’s Jewellery) and a quantity of jewellery was seized.
Butcher appeared at the District A Magistrate Court on Wednesday March 20, 2013.
