Condolences from LIAT Chairman on the death of President Hugh Chávez
Chairman on LIAT (1974) Ltd Dr. Jean Holder has written the Venezuelan Ambassador to Antigua and Barbuda His Excellency Mr. Carlos Amador Perez Silva to express condolences to the government and people of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela on the passing of their president, Hugo Chávez Frías.
{IMAGE VIA – bvinews.com} “The cause of regional integration has lost a great champion with his passing; however, his dedication to service in the region will always be remembered,” Dr. Holder said in his letter.
In addition, the LIAT Chairman also signed a condolence book for Mr. Chávez at the Embassy of Venezuela in Barbados.
Mr. Chávez who was Venezuela’s president for the past 14 years passed away on 05th March 2013.
