ST. KITTS MARRIOTT RESORT CONTINUES TO GIVES BACK TO THE COMMUNITY IN 2013

If giving back feels good, then that must mean one St. Kitts hotel is feeling great.

The St. Kitts Marriott Resort & the Royal Beach Casino has supported their local community since it opened its doors in 2003. 2013 is turning out to be even more active as the St. Kitts and Nevis hotel is sponsoring and partnering with even more local charities and reaching out to local organizations and groups.

2013 has been dubbed “The Year For Giving Back” as a myriad of activities have been planned and organizations identified. In January over 120 sheets combined with boxes laden with toys were donated to the children’s ward of the Joseph N France General Hospital, the largest hospital on the island. This latest donation to the Salvation Army is just number 2 on this list. As the year unfolds, more and more of these events will be carried out.

“As we continue through 2013 more and more will be seen from the resort,” says Shani Juman Yassin, Director of Human Resources. “We are honored to be part of St. Kitts and our associates feel strongly about giving back and improving this community that we call home.”
